CLASS DEVOTIONS
Each day at Redeemer begins with a devotional time (10-15 minutes) with the children. Devotional programs vary among staff ranging from child-directed to teacher-directed. A weekly worship PowerPoint is collated and classes are encouraged to use these to assist with the development of a repertoire of worship songs.
CHAPEL SERVICES
Primary and Secondary School students worship together on Friday morning from 8:45 – 9:10 am. Chapel provides an opportunity to worship together, witness, and learn some of the liturgical practices of the Christian Church. Classes are rostered to assist with Chapel (singing leaders, reading the Word, prayers). Pastor, and sometimes staff, present the message. Staff assists with the preparation of the weekly worship PowerPoints. Offerings collected during worship are used to support the College’s overseas, sponsored child. Parents are encouraged to come along and join in with worship time.
